Lasagna Spirals
Feta is the star but as feta is salty you can mix.
Recipe Summary Lasagna Spirals
This is a good meatless dish that is very easy to make and so good too. I make several at one time and freeze what I don't use for dinner. Then I just take from freezer what I need, thaw, bake, and voila! You could be creative with these too and add other veggies.Ingredients | Greek Spiral Cheese Pie10 wide lasagna noodles2 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained1 (15 ounce) container ricotta cheese2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese4 green onions, chopped2 teaspoons dried basil¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg1 (32 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce½ cup grated Parmesan cheeseDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
