Recipe Summary Rugelach With Cream Cheese Filling
I took a rugelach recipe and invented my own filling with cream cheese instead of fruit spread. It came out so tasty I had to share it!Ingredients | Lemon Cupcakes With Cream Cheese Filling1 cup margarine1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour½ cup white sugar2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened½ cup white sugar2 tablespoons ground cinnamon¼ cup instant hot chocolate mix¼ cup semisweet chocolate chipsDirectionsBeat the margarine and 1 package of cream cheese with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth.
