Spiralized Carrot Ambrosia Salad

This is a model of a wishing well i made out of old wood years ago.

Ingredients | Spiral Wishing Well

½ cup yogurt

½ cup pineapple tidbits in pineapple juice, undrained

½ cup raisins

½ cup coconut

2 tablespoons honey, or to taste

4 cups spiral-sliced carrots

Directions

Stir yogurt, pineapple, raisins, coconut, and honey together in a bowl; add carrots. Stir until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes. Stir again before serving.

Use a spiralizer or vegetable peeler to cut carrots into noodle shapes.
